Cardano wanted to hold a strategy day for their 140 employees from London and Rotterdam, however they were unable to close their offices during business hours. The solution was to host the event on a Saturday in London and fly the Rotterdam staff in for the weekend.

In an effort to keep transportation logistics to a minimum, a presentation forum space was created by using an empty floor in their new office building and transforming it by bringing in technical equipment, furniture and branding.

After an evening of speaker rehearsals, the morning consisted of presentations from the CEO and management team. This was followed by a fun team building activity on the streets of London, which even in the depths of winter was enjoyed by all! After freshening up at the event hotel, guests were whisked away on vintage Routemaster buses to an exclusive hire vibrant restaurant in the heart of Covent Garden.  The colleagues had a great time enjoying the bespoke menu, signature drinks, cabaret performances and lots of dancing. A fleet of cars were on hand for transport back to the hotel.
